Accusations of Bangladesh
● Accuses India of waging hydrological war – by controlling flow of Brahmaputra and Ganga
● This, Bangladesh says, has a catastrophic effect on its agriculture and ecosystem
● Accuses India of employing bullying tactics and arm-twisting
● Accuses India of interference in its internal affairs
●30 year water treaty in 1996, after the old one lapsed in 1988
